Ingredients

  • 1/2 hibiscus tea bag
  • 1/8 small cinnamon stick, smashed
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate juice
  • 2 tbsp spiced rum
  • 1/8 cup fresh navel or blood orange juice
  • 1/4 cup prosecco or other sparkling wine, chilled
  • Pomegranate seeds, for serving
  • Orange slice, for serving
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Place the hibiscus tea bag and smashed cinnamon stick in a large measuring cup.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over the tea bag and cinnamon stick; let it steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea and cool it to room temperature.
  4. Combine the tea, pomegranate juice, rum, and orange juice in a glass.
  5. Slowly stir in prosecco.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with orange slice and pomegranate seeds.
