Pomegranate Sparkler Punch
A spiced and sparkling pomegranate-rum punch with a touch of cinnamon and orange, perfect for Halloween celebrations.
Ingredients
- 1/2 hibiscus tea bag
- 1/8 small cinnamon stick, smashed
- 2 tbsp pomegranate juice
- 2 tbsp spiced rum
- 1/8 cup fresh navel or blood orange juice
- 1/4 cup prosecco or other sparkling wine, chilled
- Pomegranate seeds, for serving
- Orange slice, for serving
- Ice
Instructions
- Place the hibiscus tea bag and smashed cinnamon stick in a large measuring cup.
- Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over the tea bag and cinnamon stick; let it steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea and cool it to room temperature.
- Combine the tea, pomegranate juice, rum, and orange juice in a glass.
- Slowly stir in prosecco.
- Serve over ice and garnish with orange slice and pomegranate seeds.
