Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz cold pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 cup cold champagne or enough to top off the drink
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon simple syrup
  • Garnish: pomegranate seeds and a rosemary sprig

Instructions

  1. Combine vodka, pomegranate juice, simple syrup, and ice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until the mixture is very cold.
  3. Strain the mixture into a champagne flute.
  4. Top off the drink with champagne.
