Ingredients
- 2 oz Pisco Brandy
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Egg Whites (about 1 egg white)
- 5 dashes Angostura Bitters (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine Pisco brandy, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and egg whites without ice and shake vigorously.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake the ingredients again for 10-15 seconds to chill and aerate the mixture.
- Double strain the cocktail using a Hawthorne cocktail strainer and fine strainer into a pre-chilled coupe glass or Nick & Nora glass.
- Finish by garnishing with a few drops of Angostura bitters on the egg white foam and create a decorative pattern by dragging a toothpick through the drops.
