Ingredients

  • 2 ounces pineapple-infused Aperol
  • 3 ounces Prosecco
  • 1 ounce club soda

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pineapple-infused Aperol by adding 1 cup of pineapple cubes to a jar and covering them with 1 cup of Aperol. Let it infuse for at least 48 hours.
  2. Strain out the pineapple chunks and store the infused Aperol in a clean container.
  3. Fill a wine glass with ice, then add the club soda and pineapple-infused Aperol.
  4. Top with Prosecco.
  5. Garnish with a slice of pineapple.
