Ingredients
- 1 organic whole pineapple
- 2 cups mineral water
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
Instructions
- Peel the pineapple and cut it into pieces.
- Place the pineapple peel, sugar, cinnamon, and cloves in a large jar.
- Add 2 cups of mineral water, then seal the jar tightly.
- Shake the jar gently to mix the ingredients, and leave it at room temperature.
- Shake the jar 3 times a day for 4 to 5 days, allowing the fermentation to progress.
