Ingredients
- 2 to 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 oz rosemary simple syrup
- 2 oz whiskey
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz pineapple juice
- 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves
- Rosemary sprig for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine fresh rosemary, sugar, and water to make the simple syrup. Boil over medium-high heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let it steep for 30 minutes. Strain the rosemary sprigs and store the simple syrup in the refrigerator.
