Ingredients
- 2 to 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 2 oz whiskey
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz pineapple juice
- 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves
- Rosemary sprig for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine rosemary, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the sugar is dissolved. Let it steep for 30 minutes, then remove the rosemary sprigs and refrigerate the simple syrup in an airtight container.
- In a shaker, muddle the rosemary simple syrup and mint leaves.
- Add whiskey, lemon juice, and pineapple juice to the shaker, then fill it with ice.
