Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.50 oz heavy cream
  • 0.50 oz gum syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Red wine, as needed

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, lemon juice, heavy cream, gum syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker without ice, and shake vigorously for 1 minute.
  2. Add a large ice cube to the shaker and shake again for another 30 seconds.
  3. Double strain the mixture into a rocks glass.
