Ingredients

  • 1 oz Wheatley Vodka
  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz half and half
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Crushed candy canes (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place crushed candy canes on a small plate to create a thin layer.
  2. Wet the rim of a chilled martini glass and dip it into the crushed candy canes to garnish the rim. Set aside.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  4. Add the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, half and half, and peppermint extract to the shaker.
  5. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, or until the outside begins to frost.
  6. Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass and serve immediately.
