Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Heinen's semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 Tbsp. crushed candy canes
  • 2 oz. chocolate liqueur
  • 1.50 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. peppermint schnapps
  • 1 oz. Heinen's heavy cream
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Microwave the chocolate chips for 1 minute on a plate, stirring in between.
  2. Pour the crushed candy canes on a separate plate.
  3. Run the rim of a martini glass in the melted chocolate, rotating the glass to evenly coat the rim.
  4. Roll the rim in the crushed candy canes.
  5. In a cocktail shaker, combine the chocolate liqueur, vodka, peppermint schnapps, and heavy cream.
  6. Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake until the mixture is cold.
  7. Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass and enjoy!
