  • 2 oz Blended Scotch
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Homemade Honey Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Homemade Ginger Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Single Malt Scotch
  • 2 Candied Ginger Pieces

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine blended Scotch, honey syrup, ginger syrup, lemon juice, and cubed ice.
  2. Shake the mixture for 10-20 seconds.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a lowball glass over a clear ice cube.
