  • 1 oz Batavia arrack
  • 3/4 oz oloroso sherry (preferably Lustau)
  • 1/2 oz pear brandy (preferably Clear Creek Williams)
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz orgeat
  • 1/4 oz cinnamon syrup (see Editor's Note)


  1. Combine the Batavia arrack, oloroso sherry, pear brandy, lime juice, grapefruit juice, orgeat, and cinnamon syrup into a shaker over ice.
  2. Shake the ingredients well.
  3. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
