Ingredients
- 1/8 oz absinthe
- 3 dashes celery bitters
- 1/2 oz pear liqueur (St. George Spiced Pear)
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 1/2 oz London dry gin (London No.3)
Instructions
- Rinse a coupe glass with absinthe and discard any excess.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Shake the mixture with ice.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a pear wheel.
