A delightful Bellini with pear brandy, pomegranate juice, and Prosecco, garnished with fresh pear slices and pomegranate arils for a pop of flavor and color.

Ingredients
- 3/4 oz pear brandy
- 3/8 oz pomegranate juice
- 4 oz Prosecco (chilled)
- 1 tbsp pomegranate arils
- 2-3 thin slices of Anjou pear
Instructions
- In a glass pitcher, combine the pear brandy and pomegranate juice, and gently stir.
- Pour in the chilled Prosecco, pomegranate arils, and pear slices, and gently stir again.
- Sprinkle a few pomegranate arils into the bottom of a champagne flute, add a few ice cubes, and pour in the Bellini.
- Garnish with a couple of slices of pear if desired.
