Ingredients

  • 6 oz strong brewed coffee
  • 1 1/2 oz Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Add a teaspoon of brown sugar into an Irish coffee mug.
  2. Pour a shot of peanut butter whiskey into the mug.
  3. Brew strong coffee and pour it into the mug, leaving space for the topping. Stir gently.
  4. Float the peanut butter whiskey whipped cream on top.
  5. Microwave the creamy peanut butter for about 15 seconds to soften, then drizzle it over the top as a garnish.
  6. Place the beaters and bowl into the freezer for 10 minutes to chill.
  7. Remove the items from the freezer and assemble your hand mixer.
  8. In the chilled bowl, combine the heavy cream, confectioners sugar, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter whiskey. Beat until the whipped cream reaches a soft peak.
