Ingredients
- 6 oz strong brewed coffee
- 1 1/2 oz Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp confectioners sugar
Instructions
- Add a teaspoon of brown sugar into an Irish coffee mug.
- Pour a shot of peanut butter whiskey into the mug.
- Brew strong coffee and pour it into the mug, leaving space for the topping. Stir gently.
- Float the peanut butter whiskey whipped cream on top.
- Microwave the creamy peanut butter for about 15 seconds to soften, then drizzle it over the top as a garnish.
- Place the beaters and bowl into the freezer for 10 minutes to chill.
- Remove the items from the freezer and assemble your hand mixer.
- In the chilled bowl, combine the heavy cream, confectioners sugar, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter whiskey. Beat until the whipped cream reaches a soft peak.
