Ingredients

  • 4 oz Pinot Grigio (or other dry white wine)
  • 3 tbsp peach nectar or concentrate
  • 2 oz club soda (or other unsweetened carbonated water)
  • 1/2 oz brandy
  • 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar (more if needed)
  • 1/2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 peach, sliced
  • 1 strawberry, sliced
  • a couple of mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill the Pinot Grigio, peach nectar, club soda, and fruits overnight.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the Pinot Grigio, peach nectar, club soda, and brandy. Stir well to mix.
  3. In a small glass, make a syrup by combining 1/2 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tbsp hot water. Add the syrup to the pitcher. Add more syrup if the drink is not sweet enough. Stir well.
  4. Slice the fruits and add them to the pitcher. Optionally, garnish with mint leaves.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
