Ingredients

  • 2 peaches
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 oz white rum
  • Ice (as needed)
  • 2 oz club soda (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Slice one peach for garnish and chop the remaining peach.
  2. Place the chopped peach in a muddler or cocktail shaker, then add the sugar and rum.
  3. Muddle the peach, sugar, and rum until well combined and the sugar has dissolved.
  4. Strain or directly pour the peach-infused rum evenly into a serving glass filled with ice, mint, and peach slices.
  5. Garnish with additional peach slices.
  6. Add a splash of club soda, as desired.
