Ingredients

  • 2 peaches
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 oz white rum
  • Ice (as needed)
  • 2 oz club soda (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Slice one peach for garnish and chop the other peach.
  2. Place the chopped peach in a muddler or cocktail shaker and add the sugar and rum.
  3. Muddle the peach, sugar, and rum together until well combined and the sugar has dissolved.
  4. Strain the peach-infused rum evenly into a serving glass filled with ice, mint, and the sliced peach.
  5. Garnish with additional peach slices.
  6. Add a splash of club soda, as desired.
