Ingredients
- 1.50 oz white rum
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 0.50 oz simple syrup
- 1 ripe peach, pitted and cubed
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 0.25 oz dark rum (optional)
- Ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
- In a resealable container, combine white rum, coconut cream, simple syrup, peaches, and Angostura bitters. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Transfer the rum mixture to a blender and add 1.5 cups of ice. Blend on high speed until thick and well mixed, for about 45 seconds.
- Pour the blended mixture into a highball glass.
