Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz white rum, such as Cana Brava
  • 1 oz coconut cream, such as Coco Lopez
  • 0.50 oz simple syrup
  • 0.50 ripe peach, pitted and cubed
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 0.25 oz dark rum, such as Blackwell (optional)
  • Ground cinnamon for garnish
  • 1 cinnamon stick for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Combine the white rum, coconut cream, simple syrup, peaches, and Angostura bitters in a resealable container. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Transfer the rum mixture to a blender and add ice. Blend at high speed until thick and well mixed, about 45 seconds.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a highball glass.
  4. If desired, top with dark rum and garnish with a dash of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
