Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz blood peach fruit purée (preferably Boiron brand)
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz agave syrup (diluted with an equal amount of water)
  • 1/2 oz Zucca Rabarbaro Amaro
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is cold and smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a chilled rocks glass.
