Ingredients

  • 2 oz Alizé Peach
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 6 oz chilled champagne (or sparkling wine)
  • 1 tablespoon grenadine

Instructions

  1. Combine Alizé Peach, frozen peaches, powdered sugar, and ice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding some champagne if extra liquid is needed.
  3. Stir in the remaining champagne.
  4. Place half of the peach mixture in a glass.
  5. Add 1/2 tablespoon of grenadine to the glass.
  6. Top with the remaining peach mixture.
