Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Passion Fruit Puree
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 oz Heavy Cream
  • Ice
  • Soda Water (to top off the beverage)
  • Passionfruit pulp & slice of lime to garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, passion fruit puree, simple syrup, vanilla extract, egg white, and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake the cocktail shaker for 20 seconds.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 30 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
  5. Top the cocktail with soda water.
  6. Garnish the drink with passionfruit pulp on the top and a slice of lime on the edge of the glass.
