Ingredients

  • 2 oz passion fruit vodka
  • 1 oz pineapple juice or passion fruit juice
  • 0.50 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 0.50 oz simple syrup
  • 2 fresh passion fruits, halved
  • 1 oz sparkling wine or prosecco

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  2. Add the passion fruit vodka, pineapple or passion fruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Use a spoon to scoop the passion fruit seeds and juice out of each passion fruit and add them to the shaker.
  4. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to ensure the passion fruit seeds are well distributed.
  5. Strain the cocktail into a martini glass.
  6. Top off the glass with prosecco.
  7. Serve with a halved passion fruit atop the drink or scoop out the seeds and add them directly to the drink.
