Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Orgeat syrup
  • 8 oz Soda water

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add the orgeat syrup.
  2. Place one medium or two small ice cubes into the shaker and shake until the ice fully melts.
  3. Pour the chilled and aerated syrup into a collins glass without straining.
  4. Slowly pour the soda water down into the top of the drink to build body and a foam head.
