Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Steinhart Dry Gin
  • 3/4 oz Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Heavy Cream
  • 1/3 oz Vanilla Liqueur
  • 1/3 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 oz Soda

Instructions

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice.
  2. Combine all ingredients (except soda) in a shaker without ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously.
  4. Strain the mixture into the collins glass and let it settle for about 1 minute.
  5. Top with soda.
