Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Steinhart Dry Gin
  • 3/4 oz Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Heavy Cream
  • 1/3 oz Vanilla Liqueur
  • 1/3 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 oz Soda

Instructions

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients except the soda to a shaker and shake vigorously without ice.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously again.
  4. Strain the mixture into the Collins glass and let it settle for approximately 1 minute.
  5. Top the drink with soda.
