Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pink and purple Nerds
  • 1/4 cup rainbow Nerds
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 oz blue curacao
  • 1 cup white marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp raspberry sorbet
  • Soda water

Instructions

  1. Combine the vodka and pink and purple Nerds in a jar, allowing it to infuse for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  2. Microwave the marshmallows for 20 seconds to melt them, then dip the rim of a cocktail glass into the marshmallows and then into the rainbow Nerds.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, mix the blue curacao, 1 oz of the infused Nerds vodka, and ice.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
  5. Add two tablespoons of raspberry sorbet to the glass, then top it up with soda water to finish.
