Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon packed mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black salt (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon amchoor powder (dried, green mango)
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup seltzer or water, chilled
  • Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, blend lime juice, mint leaves, sugar, black salt (if using), kosher salt, amchoor powder, black pepper, and cumin until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a pitcher.
  3. Top the mixture with seltzer or chilled water.
