Nimbu Masala Fizz is a delightful North Indian spiced limeade with a fizzy twist, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon packed mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon amchoor powder (dried, green mango)
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup seltzer or water, chilled
- Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, blend lime juice, mint leaves, sugar, black salt (if using), kosher salt, amchoor powder, black pepper, and cumin until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a pitcher.
- Top the mixture with seltzer or chilled water.
- Garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs.
