Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Nerds candy (pink and purple)
  • 1/4 cup Nerds candy (rainbow)
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 oz blue curacao
  • 1 cup white marshmallows
  • Raspberry sorbet (optional)
  • Soda water

Instructions

  1. Mix the vodka and pink and purple Nerds in a jar and let it sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  2. Microwave the marshmallows for 20 seconds to melt them. Dip the rim of your cocktail glass into the melted marshmallows and then into the rainbow Nerds.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the blue curacao, 1 oz of the Nerds-infused vodka, and ice. Shake well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
  5. Optionally, scoop two tablespoons of raspberry sorbet over the top and then top the glass up with soda water to finish.
