Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Nerds candy (pink and purple)
  • 1/4 cup Nerds candy (rainbow)
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 oz blue curacao
  • 1 cup white marshmallows
  • Raspberry sorbet (optional)
  • Soda water

Instructions

  1. Combine the vodka and pink and purple Nerds in a jar, then set aside for at least half an hour or overnight.
  2. Melt the marshmallows in the microwave for 20 seconds. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass into the marshmallows, then immediately into the rainbow Nerds.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, mix the blue curacao, 1 oz of the Nerds-infused vodka, and ice. Pour the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
  4. Optionally, add two tablespoons of raspberry sorbet over the top, then top the glass up with soda water to finish.
