Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Eggnog
- 1 1/2 oz Brandy
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 1/2 tsp White Sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, adding the sugar gradually.
- Transfer the whipped cream to a piping bag with a wide, star-shaped nozzle and set aside.
- Heat the eggnog in a small saucepan over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Add the brandy to the heated eggnog and then remove from the heat.
- Swirl the saucepan to mix the two liquors, and pour the mixture into a glass.
- Pipe the whipped cream on top of the drink, and serve your Mountain Brandy Delight.
