Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Eggnog
  • 1 1/2 oz Brandy
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp White Sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, adding the sugar gradually.
  2. Transfer the whipped cream to a piping bag with a wide, star-shaped nozzle and set aside.
  3. Heat the eggnog in a small saucepan over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the brandy to the heated eggnog and then remove from the heat.
  5. Swirl the saucepan to mix the two liquors, and pour the mixture into a glass.
  6. Pipe the whipped cream on top of the drink, and serve your Mountain Brandy Delight.
