Ingredients

  • 1 dash grapefruit bitters
  • 1/2 oz St-Germain
  • 3/4 oz Amaro Averna
  • 1/4 oz mezcal (San Andrés Alipus preferred)
  • 1 1/2 oz añejo tequila

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir gently until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  4. Express the oils from a grapefruit twist over the surface.
