Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon instant coffee
- 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 Tablespoon boiling water
- 1/2 Tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 oz. Vodka
- 2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
- 2 oz. Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
- 4 oz. Milk
- Shaved chocolate for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine instant coffee, granulated sugar, and boiling water. Use a hand mixer to whip the mixture for 2-3 minutes until it lightens in color and becomes fluffy.
- Once fully whipped, add the cocoa powder and continue to whip for an additional minute.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, Bailey's Irish Cream, coffee liqueur, and milk. Fill the shaker with ice, shake well, and pour into a glass filled with ice.
- Top the cocktail with the whipped coffee mixture, and garnish with shaved chocolate if desired.
