Ingredients

  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 oz lime juice (equivalent to the juice of 1 lime)
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 2 oz Havana Club white rum
  • 2 oz club soda
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Place the mint leaves into a collins glass and squeeze 2 ounces of lime juice over them.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, then gently muddle the mint into the lime juice and sugar.
  3. Add crushed ice to the glass.
  4. Pour in the rum and stir gently.
  5. Top off the drink with club soda.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a wedge of lime.
