Ingredients

  • 1 oz dark Creme de Cacao
  • 3/4 oz Creme de Menthe
  • 1/4 oz heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Pour the dark Creme de Cacao into a 2-ounce shot glass.
  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the Creme de Menthe followed by the heavy cream. Shake for at least 10 seconds.
  3. Place a cocktail spoon just above the Creme de Cacao layer. Slowly pour the Creme de Menthe onto the spoon and gently layer it on top of the Creme de Cacao.
  4. Optionally, top with a garnish.
