Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz crème de menthe
  • 3/4 oz crème de cacao (clear if possible)
  • 2 cups ice cream
  • Optional: whipped cream, chocolate syrup for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour the crème de menthe and crème de cacao into a sealable container and freeze for a few hours or overnight.
  2. In a blender, mix about 1/3 of the ice cream with the alcohol until smooth.
  3. While blending, add the remaining ice cream a scoop at a time until well combined.
  4. Divide into a glass, top with whipped cream, and optionally drizzle with chocolate syrup. Serve with a spoon and straw.
