Ingredients
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves
- 1 oz simple syrup
- Crushed ice
- Splash of cold water
- 2 oz bourbon
Instructions
- Place the torn mint leaves and simple syrup in a Julep cup, Collins glass, or double old-fashioned glass.
- Use a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon to muddle the mint and syrup together to release the mint's aroma.
- Fill the glass 3/4 full with crushed ice.
