Ingredients

  • 1 cup 2% or Whole Milk
  • 1.50 oz Baileys
  • 0.75 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Chocolate Sauce
  • Whipped Cream
  • Andes Mint Chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it comes close to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in cocoa powder, sugar, and salt, and continue stirring until any lumps dissolve.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in Baileys and Peppermint Schnapps.
