Ingredients

  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • Sprinkling of Sugar, for muddling
  • 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
  • 4 oz Apricot Nectar
  • Soda Water, to top
  • Mint, to garnish

Instructions

  1. In a highball glass, muddle together mint leaves and sugar at the bottom.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add bourbon and apricot nectar.
  4. Top with soda water to fill the glass.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Garnish by slapping the mint between your palms to release essential oils, then place on top of the cocktail.
