Ingredients

  • 8 oz water
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup 55% chocolate
  • 1 1/4 cups 72% chocolate
  • 4 vanilla beans
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 oz whipping cream
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz Angostura
  • 5 oz salted hot chocolate base
  • 3/4 oz Fernet-Branca
  • 1/2 oz green Chartreuse
  • Angostura cream, for garnish

Instructions
