- 8 oz water
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup 55% chocolate
- 1 1/4 cups 72% chocolate
- 4 vanilla beans
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 oz whipping cream
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz Angostura
- 5 oz salted hot chocolate base
- 3/4 oz Fernet-Branca
- 1/2 oz green Chartreuse
- Angostura cream, for garnish
Instructions
