Ingredients
- 1/8 cup finely grated chocolate
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp orange sprinkles (optional)
- 1 1/2 oz Tequila
- 1 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
- 0.25 oz vanilla syrup (combine 1 Tbsp water and 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract)
- 1 1/2 oz half and half
- Ice
Instructions
- Mix the grated chocolate and sugar, then spread it on a plate.
- Dip the rim of the glass into coffee liqueur on another plate, then into the chocolate mixture.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the tequila, coffee liqueur, vanilla syrup, and half and half.
- Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Pour the mixture into the ice-filled glass.
- Serve as is or with straws.
