Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup finely grated chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp orange sprinkles (optional)
  • 1 1/2 oz Tequila
  • 1 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
  • 0.25 oz vanilla syrup (combine 1 Tbsp water and 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract)
  • 1 1/2 oz half and half
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Mix the grated chocolate and sugar, then spread it on a plate.
  2. Dip the rim of the glass into coffee liqueur on another plate, then into the chocolate mixture.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the tequila, coffee liqueur, vanilla syrup, and half and half.
  5. Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
  6. Pour the mixture into the ice-filled glass.
  7. Serve as is or with straws.
