Ingredients

  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz vanilla vodka or spiced rum
  • 1/2 oz Blue Curaçao
  • 3 slices fresh lime (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine lime juice, pineapple juice, coconut rum, vanilla vodka, and Blue Curaçao in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
  4. Fill your serving glass with ice. Optionally, garnish the glass with lime slices by placing 2 slices against the side of the glass.
  5. Strain the drink into the serving glass.
