Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce Dolin dry vermouth
- 2 1/2 ounces cantaloupe cordial
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- 1 dash saline solution
- Mozzarella foam
- Garnish: ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large shaker tin with ice, combine the gin, dry vermouth, cantaloupe cordial, bitters, and saline solution.
- Shake vigorously to aerate and dilute the mixture.
- Strain the cocktail into a double rocks glass over fresh ice cubes.
- Top with mozzarella foam dispensed from an iSi whipper.
