Matcha Zen Lemonade

A refreshing and revitalizing drink that combines the thirst-quenching lemonade with energizing matcha green tea, all without the need for added sugars.

Ingredients

  • 1.50 tsp Sugar-Free Sweetener Erythritol
  • 6.70 oz Water
  • 0.50 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 tsp Lemon Essence

Instructions

  1. For the sweet syrup, dissolve the sugar-free sweetener in 1.7 fl oz of warm water.
  2. For the matcha tea, dissolve the green tea powder in 1.7 fl oz of hot water.
  3. Mix the sweet syrup with lemon juice, lemon essence, and the remaining 3-4 fl oz of water in a serving glass or jug.
  4. Pour in the prepared matcha tea.
  5. Stir well and enjoy the lemonade ice-cold with ice cubes and a few lemon slices if you like.
