Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon hot water (175degF)
  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Whisk matcha powder with hot water until no clumps remain.
  2. In a shaker, add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, matcha, and egg white.
  3. Close and dry shake vigorously (without ice) for 1 minute until frothy.
  4. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled.
  5. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass, then shake out the frothy egg white.
  6. Dust with matcha powder and enjoy!
