Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon hot water (175degF)
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Whisk matcha powder with hot water until no clumps remain.
- In a shaker, add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, matcha, and egg white.
- Close and dry shake vigorously (without ice) for 1 minute until frothy.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass, then shake out the frothy egg white.
- Dust with matcha powder and enjoy!
