Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1.50 oz tequila reposado
  • 0.80 oz lime juice
  • 0.70 oz triple sec
  • Salt
  • 2 lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle a few teaspoons of salt over the surface of a small plate or saucer.
  2. Rub one wedge of lime along the rim of a tumbler and then dip it into the salt so that the entire rim is covered.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  4. Add the tequila, lime juice, and triple sec into the shaker.
  5. Shake the cocktail shaker until the outside feels cold.
  6. Strain the mix into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  7. Serve with a wedge of lime.
