Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 oz. Japanese blended whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. Maple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Egg white

Instructions

  1. Combine the Japanese blended whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously to blend all the ingredients.
  3. Strain the mixture back into the empty shaker and shake again without ice to further blend and emulsify the egg white.
  4. Fine strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a mist of aromatic bitters.
