Maple Whiskey Fizz

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz. Japanese blended whiskey
- 3/4 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. Maple syrup
- 1/2 oz. Egg white
Instructions
- Combine the Japanese blended whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously to blend all the ingredients.
- Strain the mixture back into the empty shaker and shake again without ice to further blend and emulsify the egg white.
- Fine strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
