Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon toasted pecan halves, crushed
  • 3/4 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • Ice
  • 1 ounce bourbon
  • 1 ounce maple-pecan liqueur
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Whipped cream and pecan halves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Spread crushed pecans on a small plate.
  2. Pour maple syrup onto another small plate.
  3. Dip a cocktail glass into the maple syrup and then into the pecans to coat the rim.
  4. Repeat with another glass.
  5. Fill the glass with ice, if desired, and set aside.
  6. Combine bourbon, maple-pecan liqueur, and cream in a cocktail shaker.
  7. Cover and shake vigorously.
