Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Manischewitz red wine (Concord Grape or Blackberry)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp basil leaves (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the red wine and frozen berries. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the basil leaves to the blender and blend again until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a large strainer into a wide, shallow, freezable container.
  4. Freeze for at least one hour, then break apart the slush with a spoon.
  5. Serve in a wine glass, garnished with additional fruit and basil leaves.
