Ingredients
- 3 oz. Manischewitz red wine (Concord Grape or Blackberry)
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp basil leaves (plus more for garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the red wine and frozen berries. Blend until smooth.
- Add the basil leaves to the blender and blend again until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a large strainer into a wide, shallow, freezable container.
- Freeze for at least one hour, then break apart the slush with a spoon.
- Serve in a wine glass, garnished with additional fruit and basil leaves.
